What's New
What's New is a shared service initiative to deliver audience engagement
programmes and, in doing so, strengthen customer relationships.
Public sector bodies and regional / local authorities are invited
to participate.
The initiative calls for the creation of more interesting web content
to be published more often from departments and service areas. What's
New follows electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) principles
and uses digital marketing tools and techniques to identify relevant
audience groups and to proactively engage.
Topics and themes should be written in a contemporary style - to
offer perspectives, guidance, tips & advice, case studies /
profiles, clarification, consultation, investigation, etc. Not so
much the typical and clinical news release but real and practical
insight to what is going on.
Whether centrally coordinated by the Communications Team or working
directly with the department / service area; we will manage the
creation, delivery, monitoring and reporting of results for each
execution.
And, in doing so, help you to truly engage.
Because once you are engaged, you can build favourabilty among your
customers, stakeholders and audience groups; which will enable you
to do more of the things that you need to do - with the support
of those who matter.
