What we do <digital
marketing
Websites, including extranets, intranets and forums, are easy
to get wrong but
not that difficult to get right either provided
some basic principles are followed.
Sites that go wrong tend to start with design and work backwards
to try to make
the content fit. Never mind the functionality so
long as it looks ok.
But it’s all about usability; first and foremost. Yes, the site needs to look good but more important is that it needs to work for the intended audience groups. Individually and collectively. Everything needs to be sensibly placed; bells and whistles have to have a purpose and they have to ring out when called upon to do so. Navigation needs to be quick and simple and pages uncluttered.
Oh, and once the site is launched, it is not ‘job done’ but only the beginning – a ‘business as usual’ strategy will need to be in place which will detail how the site is going to be maintained, users supported, technical integrity maintained and, most important, assure that your content population strategy is rigorously implemented.
Game 6 will work with you to develop your web rebuild project and, once built, help you to use it to best effect.
